The Alpha Story

Alpha Concrete did not begin in an office. It began at a 30 TPH stone crusher in Karnataka in 2012, where our founder Gourav started by understanding the construction materials supply chain from its most basic point — the quarry. He expanded the crusher to 200 TPH, launched Blue Sand — Karnataka's first branded manufactured sand with hologram-verified load documents — and made it the market leader in Hassan district through quality and trust, not advertising.

In 2016, he launched India's first organized building materials retail concept — reaching ₹1.5 crore monthly in revenue before supply chain resistance forced its closure. In 2017, he launched MyShilpi — a home construction platform 18 months before Brick & Bolt made the concept mainstream. Both ventures were ahead of their time. Both taught him exactly what the construction industry needed.

Between 2018 and 2026, he built Alpha — methodically and profitably. Alpha Blocks (2018), with crane-mounted delivery trucks featured on Palfinger's global website. Alpha Concrete (2019), producing concrete from M20 to M60. Alpha Sand (2021), with the first Meta WhatsApp-verified sand brand in India. A second RMC plant (2024). RV University campus plant (2025). First Bangalore commercial plant (late 2025). Three more Bangalore plants in Q2 2026.
